Banned from 12 Daily Pro's official forum!?!

Hi Executive...

I just looked into your ticket. I certainly wish you had given us a chance to answer it before come here. But I can understand your concern.

Your account has actually NOT been banned. Your not being able to access your forum account is thanks to Ponzi Nemesis actually.

He has a continuing habit of creating fake screenames on our forum and spamming each board with his propoganda and threats. He also uses fake or disposable email addressses when he does this. He made another such attack on our forum yesterday evening using the email host safe-mail.net. In order to stave off the attack, one of our mods or staff mistakingly banned all forum member accounts that shared that same email host. So, likely you were not the only one that experienced this problem since yesterday; anyone with the safe-mail.net host would have been affected.

That ban has now been lifted and we are very sorry for any inconvenience.

Unfortunately, Ponzi Nemesis has made us have to do many things on our forum that we wish we didn't have to do, like have 24 x 7 moderation, increase the number of posts for new members to gain access to certain areas, block some boards from guests, etc.

We are currently dealing with him in a more aggressive fashion through offline means, so his disruptions won't last much longer.

That us stop this Ponzi Nemesis, we should ignore whenever he post something. He is getting out of hand and is trying any mean and unpleasant thing. Now we should know such a member how can we trust. For me I trust Charis, 12dailypro, the BEST. This Ponzi Nemesis i think his mind got some serious problem, any doctor here??????

Charis, why don't you persue legal action against this "Ponzi Nemesis" guy? I'm pretty sure you have a strong case against him because he's spammed, slandered 12DailyPro, and spread false rumors and lies, which are all illegal.
