Re: Forex Team Company - forexteam.org
as publicly advertising and "being situated in new york" the usual "we don't need to register!" bs string: "As a private transaction, this program is exempt from the US Securities Act of 1933, the US Securities Exchange Act of 1934 and the US Investment Company Act of 1940 and all other rules, regulations and amendments thereof. We are not FDIC insured. We are not a licensed bank or a security firm." doesn't make much sense(they're not private nor so small as to be exempt from anything..).
of course they have a lot of other golden nuggets in there to ring INVESTOR BEWARE bells. "Even if a hacker will gain access to our database or to the administration panel, he won't be able to steal anything, as all the customers' information is encrypted and it is simply impossible to decrypt.", nice, so the customer information is impossible to decrypt? how are _they_ reading it then? or maybe they aren't? /dev/null isn't exactly "encrypting".
