not a real program and will not last, light terms list and ridiculous return % should be hints enough. I'll give it a week or two at most(because it taking a week to get returns..).
btw they claim to be exempt from things they are NOT exempt from so that's a scam sign for you as well(not only a scam sign but scam of straight illegality that you can know for sure - they claim to be exempt from things AND the domain is registered to a n address in usa).
