So, as it seems, inverthost.com is out of my list too, zydusnet.com and subohost.com don't fullfield my needs (please don't take it personnaly)!
Maybe i'll go with OGDHosting.com, but the ddos.... Damn, it is hard to choose a hosting!

Yes, most of them do not have DDOS protection. / do not accept HYIPs.. its hard.
