According to what I found out, Zydusnet uses liquidweb. We use a DC called hivelocity.
Just to clarify...ONLY our business portal (that's zydusnet.com) is hosted with LiquidWeb. All our ACTUAL servers (where customers' sites are hosted) are located offshore (out of US).

We do NOT host our own site within our own network because if our network goes down due to any reason, customers won't be able to contact us. So, we always keep it seperate on a diferent network (LiquidWeb in this case), so that we may communicate with our customers at all times. There's no specific reason to choose Liquidweb, it could have been anything like Godaddy, NetworkSolutions etc. as well.

You failed to answer one of my questions which was what is one of your server IPs?

I find it very odd that a hosting company would choose to use another web hosting company to host even just there website files. It gives a bad rep when people do lookups on you're site. Most people simply get a seperate server at least..

I would highly suggest doing that.

Sorry, I am not authorized to answer that question in public.

We have been getting very good reps all the time. And we believe that the reps is NOT dependent on where we host our business portal, rather how we serve our customers. And so far, more than 1400 satisfied customers are happy with the services that we provide.

Different companies have different plans on how to do their business. ZydusNet has chosen this plan & it has been working great for us for past 1 year.

Alright, now that makes NO SENSE WHAT SO EVER! By offering shared hosting to anyone, your making your IPs public. Its a basic question that no web host should have a problem with. All I would have to do is find a client of yours and look up the IP through the domain.

Can you explain to me why you cannot provide me this info? Why would I have to buy your hosting to find this info out?

Yes, you can definitely do that. But as an employee of Zydusnet, I am bound by the internal compliance policy about not disclosing ANY kind of server info to non-customers. Sorry about that.
