Definitely.

But the owners get greedy and let it run for more time...then the users get greedy and invest more...until the bubble pops.

Done right..this can allow the average investor to make some bucks...or lose some of course.

I call it educated gambling.

However, everyone, make no mistake, every single one of these HYIPs will go under at one point or another.

Invest prudently and diversify.

I call it blind gambling since you _know_ the game is rigged.

I wouldn't play poker with scamsters.

anyways, they have the capability to fail so fast because they can run out of _money_ in one day, then it's game over - the operators of these crappy scams are very unlikely to use their own principal to feed the scam...

of course, any hyip will stop paying before they run out of all money. the interest rates and joining/reinvest rates dictate when they _must_ fail, though the operator can just run at any point. with 100+ per day they are very likely to fail in just 2 days, though the end result of lost money is the same as with something that only offers 3% daily but will take longer to burn the cash...
