Re: Q & A with Bryan from ROLcult
Marek does NOT believe. It would simply be suicide to admit it anywhere. But his game is obvious. I personnally admire the size of his balls. This is one huge crowd he's screwing with. even if 1/4 of that size is true, 2-3000 people is a nice group to learn on. What he doesn't understand though is that these things catch up with you. And the second you make the simplest mistake, you're finished. And that's exacly what's going to happen. He's going to get sloppy, which he already has, and he's going to get taught a lesson.

Re: Q & A with Bryan from ROLcult
I still have a lot of suspicion that the "Bryan Marsden" on ROLCLUB is none other than Marek anyway, and Bryan is either totally unaware of all this, all the way back to the legal fund, or he knows and is not really in any position to do anything about it. And I was saying this before the guy from BTI went there.
I don't have anything more than a hunch, but it wouldn't surprise me at all. I just have to wonder who those accounts the lotto funds are going to are registered to?

Re: Q & A with Bryan from ROLcult
The question and answer session in the opening of this thread has all the usual vageries inherent in every scam.
PIPSAID should be ok! Either it is ok or it isn't ok! Interner lotteries don't need to be licenced...................HUH! Really! I think I'll check that statement out before I accept it as being truthful.
If this is Bryan or Marek posing as Bryan it doesn't matter. They are both jail bait.

Yeah! You probably will be laughning and dancing.
Laughing and dancing on your local street corner hoping some passerby will pay you for entertaining them.
What is it called? Busking I believe! Some carry on. Practice makes perfect!
Step lively now! You have a crowd.............musn't lose them.

Re: Q & A with Bryan from ROLcult
No licenese require huh!
http://commdocs.house.gov/committees...ju86705_0f.htm
That was just a preliminary search.
If Marek or Marsden were to tell the truth about anything I am convinced that they would be struck dead! Come on people stop buying into the line fed by these liars and scammers. Sue me Marek! I'd love to have ten minutes in court with you! It would reveal you for the lying, scamming crook that you are. I dare you!
I am publicly calling you a liar, a scammer and a crook! Boy that should demage your reputation and be worth a few million dinars.

Interesting reading. However some points struck me straight away. The first being that this was a committee discussing proposed ways to regulate internet gambling within the US, and not the current law. The others I quote below.
“ Because of the lack of oversight or regulations, and the high degree of anonymity, money laundering through Internet gambling sites is already a major concern to our Nation's law enforcement agencies.”
“ Federal law is currently unclear as to whether or not all types of Internet gambling is illegal. The statute that most directly restricts the use of the Internet to place bets is the Wire Act under section 1084 of title 18 of the U.S. Code. However, because this statute was written prior to the age of the Internet and the use of the wireless communication, there is ambiguity as to what type of bettering is or is not covered. Also, the types of gambling mentioned in the statute may not cover all the different types of gambling available on the Internet.”
“So let's be clear that the bill is not about prohibiting Internet gambling; it is only about regulating Internet gambling, and then only with respect to the United States' Internet gambling market.”
“ The Internet has no jurisdiction and, as a result, I suspect that, even if we are successful in closing down business sites in the United States, or in countries that we can get to cooperate because of the Internet and electronic funds transfer, the approach of H.R. 21 will be ultimately ineffective.”
It doesn't seem as cut and dried as you seem to imply.

Re: Q & A with Bryan from ROLcult
They are referring to online casinos specifically. Lotteries are regulated and the government takes it's cut. Why are you so insistent on defending this scam perpetrated by Bryan Marsden and now being exploited by Marek.
Who are you?

I'm sure I posted a reply to this thread earlier but it seems to have disappeared into cyberspace. Is there censorship on this forum (heaven forbid or people may start comparing it to ROLclub) or did I hit the wrong button? To avoid any argument I'm willing to admit I hit the wrong button and will try to post again.
(MODS, this is my 3rd or 4th attempt to post this reply. Is something wrong with the quick reply function).
If "they are referring to online casinos specifically", then why did you feel the need to post your link in a thread that is referring to lotteries specifically?
If "they are referring to online casinos specifically" then why do they mention "all types of Internet gambling" and "all the different types of gambling available on the Internet.”
Why do you think because I question a post or link that I am defending a scam. I didn't say it was or wasn't a scam.
"Who are you?" I am seeyoujimmy2 and I am trying to find out the truth and if that means questioning you or anybody else then I will continue to do so.
Who are you? And why do you post in this forum?
