The total silence from my referrals since the chargebacks, plus the fact that the chargebacks occured at exactly the same time and especially the fact that they only surfed 2 & 14 pages each... All this makes my guess #1 to be the most plausible one.
Here is all the info I have:

Says she's in Toronto, husband and her work in pharmacy...
I pray that no one else gets scammed by this/these monster(s), as they are still active on the forums... I hope the mods will make an exception here about this private info.. It's for the greater good.

If someone "charges back" their money, this means that 12dp gives back everything the person had paid in.
If you got paid $$$ for this person signing up...then you owe that money back. Plain and simple.
You people are turning "referral marketing" into something it wasn't ment to be. It is your JOB to teach and support every person you sign up. THAT IS WHY 12DP PAID YOU....D'OH!
But no, y'll just don't care who you sign up as long as they can fog a mirror they are good enough for you.
12dp needs stop this 12% referral because of so many people abusing it.
Not to mention you people with proxies that have many accounts refering yourself....but who cares right? As long as you get yours.
So I vote for blocking all Metro Pipe IP address and stop the 12 % for signing up some body.

I think is better if there would be the 12% refferal bonus but only from refferals who upgraded with e-gold so that way there will be no risk of chargeback and noone loose

Some people missed it the first time, so I will repeat it. They BOTH upgraded with EGOLD! (the third guy, the one with last 2 small upgrades, I dont know, he never contacted me) I even have the batch # of their upgrade.
I was thinking about the "buying a plasma for the office" line too lol
Country-tec, I gave them all the coaching I could. One of them knows what he was doing anyways. Sent them my bookmarks, my PDF guide everything man. I actually care about the people I refer. In fact I spent the last 3 weeks helping people out, referrals or not. I got over 50 contacts in MSN buggin me all the time about 12dp LOL
That said, it's probably true that some uplines dont deserve their commission. Such is life.
Anyone knows how long it takes before you receive the activation email from the ticket system?? Waiting for that for almost 3 hours now...

You say they upgraded e-gold? That`s really confusing me here .. and yes.. like u said.. mabye they changed their upline/mabye they used 2 accounts with the same IP/mabye they SPAM.. there are a lot of reasons.. mabye they have broken the 12dp rules and got suspended
Please let us know if you find out.. now i`m scared and I`ll stay aware of getting strange refferals

If they were cheaters they will get banned and lose all their earnings. They shouldn't be on my referrals list anymore and showing Upgraded like they are now. Plus if they cheat, why should I be the one who pays for it? I should be able to keep my ref. commission. I never heard about a cheater making his upline lose money before, I mean literally.
Can some1 register to the ticket system and see if they get their activation email right away? Im 100% certain I typed the email correctly.

its simple. what you have done was illegal. you cant give your referrals to people you referred. not a single website on the internet allows this. am glad they are catching people doing this. learn the lesson. you are like HYIP admins, you are dishonest and complain that someone seized your illegal earnings. its your fault. you dont respect rules so you risk earnings.
