Yes Jeeves, I hate those people too. They don't deserve to be human. But it is not the case here. There's no mafia. Only some unscrupulous people taking advantage of their uplines' offers. I don't know how else to explain it to you, I've wrote everything down already when I started my thread.
In this case, the cheaters are even a worse kind imho, because they go UNPUNISHED!! And innocents like myself pay for their crimes... =(

Ok, I guess I am not knocking referral incentives altogether, but there was another post on this topic somewhere and opinions were split (I was one who thought that offering them was not the best option). But to each his/her own.
I guess my real argument is that offering the cash could attract some of the wrong types of referrals -- not what you want.

Yeah, the only public cash offer I make is only 12$, I dealt with scammers before, but I never heard anything about chargebacks until now... The scammer actually made a thread to find the best offer... Unfortunately, the offer I gave was the best and so I won this sad prize..

I just saw that thread. She should step forward. Her actions seem to show that she has very little conscience (because it appears to look like she knows what she was doing).
I feel bad for you and hope that you find a way to get your money back. (grrrr ... makes me mad)!

Thank you moneyhunter22 and F1RM for the support. It's nice to have good people like you around! =D I will keep my thread updated. Losing money is one thing, losing friends is worse Hopefully something good will come out of this.

I created a ticket on Dec. 29th and the status switched to "On Hold" just about 3 days ago.. I was hoping that 12dp will reply soon after that but nothing yet as of now.. Anyone knows what On Hold means? I think it means they have read my ticket but don't know what to do yet =)
Btw, the scammer (susanhill) is still active on Talkgold (mostly in the money exchange section), I sent all the evidence and talked to Talkgold himself on MSN. He said he was busy and that the scammer will just create another account the first time and just stopped answering me after that first conversation... Grr believe it or not the scammer got 2 good FAKE feedbacks and I can't even put a bad feedback because I don't have access... At least a ban will have obligated the thief to restart his scamming career from 0 ... GRR...
