1. Type 2 will take upto 24 hours to load and TYPE 3 is instantaneous.
2. Yes, You will have control panel for Debit Cards and you can see the real time updates including all transactions.
3. No other fees.

What is the difference between Debit Card 2 and Debit Card 3? I notice that Debit Card 3 has instantaneous loadings with E-Gold. What is the loading time for Debit Card 2? Is it the same as Debit Card 3?

Also, what kind of information is needed to get the card? Do you require personal information?

We do not need any personal information for these cards.

The Debit Card type 2 may take maximium of 24 hours to reload. (Usually within few hours)

The Debit Card type 3 can be reloaded instantly.
