How is this scam doing? Is it still paying? Im getting some interest in this scam now because Chico sounds like he just drank a gallon of the p2p koolaid. This should be fun.

Its a scam, because TEPS dont work in this way and you cant purchase endowments that have an instant value.

If you took out a plan with a projected value no bank would loan money against its payout because its a projection not a guarantee...the reason why they are used for Mortgages is because its the property which does have a value and is the item mortgaged not the plan.

The plan is assigned to the lender to pay the mortgage either on death or maturity, when then plan starts it may cover $200k on death but its sum assured value will be alot lower and grow over the years dependant on what the fund managers make...

Couple of pointers...

Insurance plans have an assured and a beneficary...to be a beneficary you need to be a spouse or partner or have an insurable interest.....where its the later a deed of trust has to be put in place.

There are many other elements that show this is a scam but these are so obvious you can check them out on the net with out getting too technical....

SirDuke, you forget that these are MAGIC TEPS! They defy real-world requirements, logic, and even mathematics. Up is down, down is up. Their secrets are known only to a small group of serial Internet scam artists.

This is true....I also gather that the Endowment plans are also very "special" where the investment returns are 100% guaranteed...dont even need to use actuarial tables to calculate the amount of life cover based on age, occupation and health, plus the normal requirements of legal ownership through assignment is waived, and the Insurance company has so many staff they can issue 100000 policies just like that......

Don't forget the banks who will give no-interest loans totalling 70 BILLION just so the money can be given away to the little people. And all they have to do is BELIEVE! (Oh... and send $50. ; )
