Well, I e-mailed him and asked him where the site went. This was his reply:

"russian hackers attacked site. Please wait..."

I believe he's lying, and I told him so.

Then he replied with this:

"Site work now but attacks can be soon. Don't worry please. All payments will be
done tomorrow"

I still think he's lying and only put the site back up, because I complained.

but ,the site work fine now!
i don`t think he`s lying coz now he just paying for referral commision only.... the shortest plan is after 4 days...he just launched the site 3 days ago..
btw..he still replied ur email..that`s sounds good.!

but..anything can happen in hyip..maybe scam..maybe not..just wait n see
