Unfortunately, in our case we have the same matter, visiually its no difference whether its trading or demo account.

This is how I would scam YOU.

Set up a virtual Forex account. Trade it for a while to get good figures.
Get you to give me your money.
Give you my bank details to accept wire payments.
Fund the fake forex with virtual money.
Let you tell your friends how much I'm making for you.
Take their money too.
Trade the fake forex so badly that I lose all the virtual money.
Show you the trade charts.
Tell you that Forex is risky and you lost your money.
You can't touch me because you saw the losses for yourself and know it wasn't a scam because you saw the figures for yourself.
Buy a new house and car out of your money.
Laugh at you in the forums.
