If this is just a 12dp and Stormpay problem ... why are there no EMO payments being made?

If Charis is just a victim of Stormpay's lies and scams, why isn't she still paying the members who upgraded with EMO, to their EMO accounts from the 12dp EMO account. These funds have NOTHING to do with the current "freeze" on Stormpay funds.

Where is the EMO money, Charis????????

you are correct Yozhik. She kept on given us updates on stormpay and somehow keeping quiet on the EMO payments, she promised refund but nobody has yet been paid.

Something is fishy here. Members too tends to concentrate on SP issues to the neglect of EMO refund.

She indicates in her earlier posts that she will continue with emo payments while SP issues is being resolved but now nothing is forthcoming from her again. Not sure who is deceiving who now

A lot of Stormpay money was required to be moved to EMO in order to make EMO payouts... This was because a lot of people opted to have upgrades paid out to EMO that had not upgraded with EMO....

This is not what we are saying now. When this SP issue started, she said she will proceed with the EMO refunds while issue is being resolved with SP.

The impression given was that there are funds in emo (which I believe there is) and that regardless of the sp issue, payment will still continue but till now nobody has been refunded.

Also, does it mean that the e-gold upgrades made b/4 dropping e-gold were also moved to SP and not EMO?

That's the BS that Charis would want us to believe ... but think about it.

The e-gold funds were supposed to fund the EMO account and given that EMO has e-gold exchangers attached to it, there is no reason this could not have been done very easily, by exchanging it directly into the 12dp EMO account.

Also, why did they have to transfer so many funds over? As soon as EMO was available, people were upgrading with EMO ... in other words, the 12dp EMO account was being deposited into, every single day!

No recent payments from EMO have been made, despite 25-30% of all members upgrading into this account for WEEKS.

They claimed they didn't predict the "popularity" of EMO ... well geeeeeeezzzz ... wouldn't it be safe to assume that EMO would be as popular as e-gold? ... which it probably was!

e-gold funds into EMO + EMO upgrades into EMO = plenty of funds in EMO.

So where the f*** is it?
It should NOT be part of this dispute!!

Or to put it another way ... how the hell did EMO funds get into a Stormpay account? It would have had to have been taken out and then transferred across? There is no instant EMO to Stormpay facility - you first have to redeem an EMO into a bank account and then from that bank account, arrange for a transfer into Stormpay ... the transfer of funds from EMO to Stormpay would have had to have been planned and deliberate. It did not happen on a whim.

Question:... why would Charis have deliberately transferred funds from EMO to Stormpay?
Answer:... to prop up a Stormpay account that was short of funds to pay the majority of 12dp members.

Question:... Why prop up Stormpay specifically?
Answer:... because by appeasing the majority of members, and giving explanations of delay (transition) to the ones you're stealing from, you can keep up the appearance of being solvent... by paying the majority, you can also then bank on having enough cheerleaders amongst the Stormpay members to quash and supress any concerns or outspoken critics from within the e-gold/EMO crowd. Keep the majority happy by stealing from the minority and the majority will scream louder than the monority.

If this isn't true ... then EMO payments would still be being made as all of this Stormpay debacle was going on. There simply is not enough money ... and what little money there is, has been "caught/frozen" in the Stormpay account. Effectively, Charis got her hands got cut off before they could be caught in the cookie jar. Everything had been transferred there to look after the 70-75% of members who had their accounts there.

Charis has been systematically stealing the funds from the 30% of non-Stormpay members since December, to keep the scheme from collapsing too soon.

first 12dp dont even realised how popular emo going to be, and since many did compound and no fund in their emo how to pay? since big bulk of the money is in sotmpay and was frozen more than a week how to liquidate and credit the emo to pay people upgrade with emo?

You mean the suspended accounts that were all promised a refund and/or an email?

Would these be the same suspended accounts that were promised fair arbitration?
