The 'Sheriff' won't play with any of us here (anybody wonder why? lol). And, I wouldn't want to get Wannabe torqued at me, I know that. I've seen some of her 'skills'.... And, her challenge to the warzone was first, plus - she's earned it. Just wanted to jump in, because there would likely not be anything left for me, after she got done.

On a more interesting note, our suddenly verbose Nolan (who has at last count made 7 posts on his own forum and 7 posts here in good old TG) attempts to shed light on his investigation, in answer to a set of very good questions posted by a member known as LearnedOne.
The post is copy-pasted here in extenso, with LearnedOne`s original introduction as well, to document this scam and not in any way to promote it.
Critical thinking on this is invited. And you don`t have to make a $25 spend to Brian to post here, with the possible exception of Nolan the FreelandSheriff or Briang, his little buddy.

Thanks to my private investigator,He discovered a bank statment in which there was 7 digit figure transfer amount,from one of the nevada's company bank account.The recipient account was that of one of GFG subsudiary group and this has led me to get into contact with one of the board members of The GFG.

Nolan according to this statement the "Grand Father Group" then has recieved some of our funds and these funds should still be generating a return? So in essence the "Grand Father Group" does have some of our money.
I think,I made an english wrting error,when i said "transferred part of,to offshore bank accounts,part of to market makers",I meant All the funds,part have transfered to offshore
banks and the REST to but e-gold/evocash.
As I said afterwards, that the Trimmier had a Nil balance with the GFG.

Having sigend a non-disclosure agreement with the GFG,I cannot engage in disclosing those evidences.What I can say though,that I was shown by one the Branch Manager of a reputable Bank,the bank accounts with astronomous figures that the GFG group hold with the bank.

That the GFG does posses highly valued stock assets and cash reserve,and it was confimed with my meeting with the bank manager.

1) Nolan why would the Grand Father Group want to get involved with this "venture" when the potentiality of the US authorities getting directly involved with this website is very possible?
Because I have related our to the GFG member board,How many innoncent victims suffered considerable financial loss,how we pushed our friends and relatives to venture in,and how some even mortgaged their houses to invest in FLO 1.And how The Trimmier let us down without any pity.I can say they were very touched by my story and on my second meeting,they approved me to be part of their select group of investors.
2) Nolan what creditials do you have that the Grand Father Group would want you to be an intermediary for us? They hardly know you....
They have seen in me as a honest person willing to Get Justice be Done. But Now they Know,to whom the funds belong.And they are watching us closely, and if I were to commit any wrongdoing, be sure they would not let me cashout from GFG account as Trimmier did.
3) Nolan so what happens after two years when the contract is up?
If we don't get a new agreement deal then FVG ends up.So I have to admit I am pessimitic about of a new agreement.I beleive they accepted my entry, only for a short period,to allow memebers to recover their losses and make a decent profit.
4) Is the Grand Father Groups name "Freeland Venture Group"?
No GFG is not FVG.FVG is us,comprising of the website and the administration.

NO not yet.And this should be done only as the last recourse.Many members know that once this affair is in the the govt. hands there is litte chance of getting any funds back.My investigator and I are are still working out to retrace the bulk of members' funds which I'm pretty sure they are hidden in offshore banks in the Ilse of Man,Jersey and Gurnesey islands .
If the search is unsucessful,then we have to file a lawsuit against the trimmier and Force them to cooperate and refund any remining funds if they don't want to endure a painful trail process.
2) Nolan do you know anything about the server that was supposedly obtained by government authorities somewhere?
To my knowledge,That Statement is Totally Untrue,Invented by Trimmier as one of many pretexts for the collapse of the FLO 1

Nolan how did you obtain part of the data base and programming of the old FreelandOpps site?
I got into contact with one of the programmers of FLO.And he restituted the original script and a DB backup of april 2004.
And why is April 2004 significant in obtaining the email addresses of memebers?
This was to ask members to contact all those who joined after that date as I didn't have the email address of all the rest who joined after Arpil 2004.

Nolan it is amazing how closely this website design resembles the old FreelandOpps site. Do you have any contact with the original programmers? And if not how is it that you were able to successfully duplicate the old FreelandOpps sites functions and looks?
The is the SAME script with minor modifications as I have said above.

YES I will.But Before I must ensure that there are no obstacles, that I will not receive threats as some are still taking me for Xavier,that I will not be handed to govt. authorities.As be aware,THE GFG requires me to keep a very low profile on our business deal and relationship.They do not want the public to know what they are,do and how.That was one of the reason X remained anonymous.
Nolan my opinion is that IF you are real and this Grand Father Group is real. Then you will answer these questions openly and honestly. This can be done without really identifying the GFG.
