Betr, you`re asking too much there. If Nolan had just opened a normal HYIP with his own site, script and the rest, then I might even have thrown in $25 to see what he could do.
Yer being generous there, wannabe. I spent way too much time last 4th of July playing "dueling banjos" with hackers who were playing games with several of my little hundred-dollar ponzi hyip accounts. LOL
And yeah. I knew I was asking too much -- at least for now. ;-) But I just had to ask, anyway.
But we both know he decided to get involved in a pit of vipers, lies and fabulation. I want to see Ex in custody. Period. No other nonsense hanging around, dripping off it.
I am more than prepared to agree with you about Xavier, whoever that is, concerning the vipers, lies and fabulation, and I would like to see him in custody as well. Actually, X and Stormpay are running neck-in-neck.
I will also definitely concede that, reading the posts at FLO2, there are lots of lies and fabulations. It definitely escapes my obviously limited vocabulary to describe how I see a lot of the various fabulations that I see happening over there.
If he knows who the guy is, the only way he is going to convince me he deserves a chance and any of my money is by turning Ex in. No other way. And I will believe he has done it when I see the FBI arrest report...
Until then, he is just another kid who managed to snaffle up a website, patch together rumours and reports circulating last year, and buy a $39.99 investigator report on some father and son.
Hey, I freely admit that I was likely the first person to make the snide comment that what he'd presented looks like just that: a $39.99 online search of public record databases.
However, when I thought about it awhile, I had to admit that it just is NOT that easy to land a buzzard's a$$ in prison. The perp has to be identified and then victims have to come forward, and with proof enough to get the attention of the FBI or whoever.
Plus, some of us (not just me, BTW) are willing to keep e-gold up to date with the nonsense he is doing. Nolan has already bragged he has found a get-around. So he will use it, or find another payment processor...Maybe he could sign up for Stormpay if he is so legit??? LOL
Warm wishes and no hard feelings!
Absolutely no hard feelings; I agree. I'm not considering this thing as a moneymaking opportunity per se. It's more of an "event." LOL
What I'm HOPING is that this whole thing will end up as the Great Smoke-Out and that something will be discovered that is useful in finding out who Xavier really is and where the money went. I simply can't believe that I'm the only one who's been wondering for months why the GDCA has has not realized that there could be at the very least a smidgen of self-interest in tracking this money flow.

That is exactly what I would like to see happen - a truly amazing, sky-rendering Smoke Out (with no immediate effects on global warming and the earth`s fragile environment).
GDCA self-interest in tracking the money flow? Once again it would seem to me that you are quite right.
However, although it may sound contradictory, there is no way I want to fund Nolan`s lunch money, and SterlingMod has too much of a scammy past to warrant anyone putting much trust in the whole thing.
Plus, lots of people filed detailed large-sum complaints with the FBI last year, and I am sure many have just updated their complaint files. The FBI/SEC would/should/could have enough evidence to act on the information Nolan has seen fit to publish ...
I wonder if anyone has called the FBI local office in Utah to talk to them?

Something does seem to be happening to accounts over there - and no, I am not responsible for this, so do not start blaming me.
The most active thread at the moment in the pseudo-forum: Where are the investments? Apparently many accounts are now showing 0 in receivables and their histories are empty. This is an example:

Has something happened to the system? I thought I should let you know.
Thank you,
Stupot
Nolan, darling little investigative whiz-kid that you are, would you mind at least fixing the system to show people where their money is?
