If you are spending all your money on your waterside appartment, cars, and your yacht, you are still rich, even though your total wealth isn't growing.

If I make $800 a month, and only spend $400 a month, that doesn't mean I'm rich.

i dove into HYIPs, lucky for me I found great people right away. Im pretty rich now imo.

Personally, I dropped right in to PIP's back when they were a great paying company, and got my money out a few months before they started messing up, and found the gem market to be a quite profitable area of business. someone told me the simple answer to being rich was in this statement....

i was at one time...well for a week or so, i made like 8k doing about 0 hours of work (i outsourced)

but, I will be rich though.

a guy I know that is doing the same sort of stuff I was doing is averaging about 1k a day, probably more now

For me if you earn more than you spend you are rich because your overall wealth is growing. If you spend more than you earn you are poor, you are living above and beyond your means. Obviously if you earn more you can adjust your lifestyle more than if you are earning very little. In my view, if you have more money at the end of the week than at the start you are rich.
