Everyone who is against 12daily Pro is forgetting what really happened. 12daily Pro was paying their members just fine until their StormPay account was frozen. Also, don't forget that their StormPay account was frozen only two days after a blackmail attempt.

Here's a few points:

1. Jeff Johnson is not very wise - ABC4 made a mistake in following a cheerleader in the first place.

2. Stormpay and 12DP/Charis are both scammers. It's not a matter of believing one or the other as being honest - they are both lying fraudsters with owners who are going to do time.

3. It is the media's moral and ethical duties to try to get answers. If Charis was not hiding away at the house she bought at the end of December with missing e-gold payouts, then the media would not have had to go there to find her. Illegal scam artists like Charis are fully deserving to be found by the media. Happens all the time that good reporters "out" them in this way. Nothing is wrong with that. Anything else would be bad reporting.

4. ABC did not turn anyone against Charis. Charis being a lying scammer is what turned people against Charis.

5. Who the heck cares about Jeff Johnson or where he is, his voice has no merit. ABC was duped by Jeff, initially thinking he was not a cheerleader. Now that they realized he is, why should they waste any more air time on him. They shouldn't.

6. 12DP was not "paying members fine" until this happened. Many people had missing upgrades, "processed" transactions of money that never came, missing e-gold payouts from December (used to buy Charis' new house) etc. etc. Charis was going to stop paying more and more people until she eventually ran with as much money in her pockets as she could. Stormpay just out-scammed her before she could buy another house.

Let FBI handle this, if the FBI really are investigating. With so many ponzi/pyramid scheme around (not 12dp alone) it would take maybe years to know the truth. Perhaps it will go down in history as one of the unsolved cases.

With so many craps/BS around i cant even trust anyone anymore.

And they will handle this liquidmetal. It will just take some time (months, a year). - Despite what cashwise and some other cheerleaders claim and Charis will likely go to jail.

But this scam is big enough to get the FBI and other authorities involved. See Clyde Hood, Blake Prater, etc to see what happens.

We may also have to look at other things as well. I really do not think StormPay will ever be spending time behind bars over this issue. Why? They have been telling the truth. It seems there have been complaints been made by unhappy members of 12DailyPro since October. There is reports that 12DailyPro started being investigated since December. If you also noticed that StormPay have never been involved in any pyramid or Ponzi schemes like TymGlobal for a long time now. To me, I think they decided to get away from that kind of business.

Now, for freezing accounts and making chargebacks? I believe they were asked to take all that money back. That was to freeze the money before it got any further spread around. The money is frozing. The people who got chargedback who where not involved in these autosurfs besides 12DailyPro got money from someone who was involved in these programs. That money does not belong to anybody except for the victims. How do you all feel that you recieved money from someone that they got from someplace that was illegal? Do you say? "I am going keep the money, and forget about the victims." Or, "I am going to do the right thing and have the money that I recieve go back to the victims."

Now, as for the other programs that got frozen? I have to say that they can and could be under investigations by the FBI and other law enforcement as well. Look at all the programs that are going down?

To tell you the truth. I believe there is more of a major crack down by law enforcement against these types of programs. That can include AlienTrust and others as well. There have been way too many complaints going around to the FBI, BBB and other organizations against so many of these programs which is not even funny anymore.

Stormpay is not telling the truth. Stormpay stole all of everyone's money including principal and non-autosurf earnings. There can be no justification for that.

Plus, Stormpay knew full-well right from day one that 12DP and all other autosurfs were ponzis and gladly got rich off of them.

No, there are always this # of programs crashing, spitfire.

And some of these investigations started years ago. They are just now getting to trial. Springpay went down 2 years ago. Pips last year. Studiotraffic months before 12DP.

All these programs are scams and they all eventually crash. THere is no crackdown. THe only crackdown is on E-gold for money alundering.

And the complaints are deserved! There is no conspiracy about false complaints, etc. You have to provide proof to backup your complaint with authorities.

Agreed, Ragestorm. Both Stormpay and 12DP are guilty of being scams. Just like Evocash and FLO and Osopps and OsGold before it.

You are the perfect example of a ponzi cheerleader, a brainwashed sheep by the ponzi cult. When naysayers talk about ponzi cheerleaders, that's you right there. No, you are a perfect ponzi cheerleader and whoever tells you otherwise is lying.

Charis wasn't paying fine before all this stormpay deal. Many people were not paid and were scammed. People were doing chargebacks because she was not paying and that's what alerted stormpay and then they froze their account.
