Possible?
If so, those records might just be making their way to credit cards, banks....
And for those who withdrew from, say, 12dp, and then asked for a 'chargeback'.....
Just wild hair theories...

The people who withdrew money from 12DP and then did a chargeback are greedy and wrong. It'll come back to them. It's called Karma and you can't run from it.

Oh absolutely and I have posted several times saying just that! There has to be some force acting to make ANY businessman kill a cash cow.....

Re: um there is nothing here!
I didn't see the egold deal either. However, I've anticipated that most, if not all, exchangers that were involved with pips, would be looked into at some point. Somebody puts the records, identification, and fund flows together from most of the payment processors, and - well - I'm sure there are some 'stories' there... Some, I'm guessing, might end up with some 'surprise visits', as some pips members apparently already have.

My take on it was the entrance of EMO...and her asking for a large withdrawal...can hardly wait to discover the real facts...my opinion is both are dirty...but again just an opinion!

Re: um there is nothing here!
No one knows it but the person who claimed it and they never showed any links to show that they were. I can tell you they are 0.00 accounts, doing Unauthorized chargebacks on their clients. Doing Charge back on accounts that are suspended etc... How do you know they are not raiding BC's and CC's? Are you affiliated with tjh by chance? Cause she/he knew info on an account I gave him/her. If you ain't associated with Sunkist, tjh, etc.. sorry

i also agree that SP is a legit company regardles of its past deeds and service records. But thi has nothgin to do with that fact that they are holding my money. they have broken the contract i paid for. they are in the wrong in my case.
they also represented themslevsunder false pretense by putting up netiba signs on their website as well as calling in thiord party verificatin service.
they also removed funds from my acct withotu permission and after having taken fees out
i dont mean to come across as being all over you. but SP has committed crimes to me. and they will have to pay

We have to go further back than that. I found an article about EMO and IntGold going be taking to court. Somebody hacked into EMO's member base back in August. Federal law enforcement got involved. EMO accused IntGold have hacking and stolen the database. IntGold is sueing EMO for the false lies.
Next thing in December, IntGold went down because they got raided. Then next was EGold. Then StormPay and at the same time, MoneyBrookers and EMO seems to be freezing accounts. PayPal was freezing accounts last year as well. So, there is something with all these processors have in common as well.
