Perhaps you should increase the referral commission just a bit for the sake of competition to draw more members to the site; increase it to 9% and to make up for this I dont think members would mind if you set up a regular payment option and fast payment option; with the fast payment option, you could charge say 1-2% withdrawal fee to guarantee payment within 48 to 72 hours of upgrade expiring, and the regular payment option would be free as it stands now but with that you would have up to 7 business days to pay members.
even sites like phoenix are doing this, i hope ppl here dont mind these suggestions (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif), btw phoeinix charges more than this u can chk it at their site or the thread here at mmg, if u keep better rates it will be good for competition
Let's hear more opinions about the referral comission. Anyway I don't think we will increase it because it's enough high right now. Sorry but 5% is very good comission. I don't think it's necessary to cut from the revenue potential like that and I think these who like our fast payments and what we have done for you will keep promoting us to help us build network number 1 as autosurf number 1.
About the withdraw fee, I don't think it's necessory because we are paying you fast and we don't need to take such fee. When we start compactpay we will take withdraw fees there but we prefer to keep compactsurfing without fee. At this moment we are working hard to get our network websites up.

Its nice that there is a referral commission of 5% but I do think it would help to draw potential member interest a bit more if the referral commission were increased to 9%, *I think 9% was mentioned to match with the 9 days of the upgrade cycle, not sure though* Payments might be fast now as Luuk says but as the member base grows I think it would be an added revenue bonus if they implemented a fast payment feature with a withdrawal fee that is fair, not exceeding 3 to 4%; fast payment could also be alotted up to 72 hours to be fulfilled, so the pressure on the admin to go through with it in 48 hours wouldnt be an issue. Just my opinion, what do you guys think
You know whats interesting, after signing up on my computer I clicked on "sign up" on the main page again and a box popped up stating that I wouldnt be able to sign up from the computer I originally signed up from since only one IP address is allowed per account. Pretty cool...I dont remember any other surf ive been a member of having this feature in place.

Personally I don't think it is a good idea to increase the ref comm from 5% to 9%. Above 10% ref comm is considered too high, below 3% ref comm is considered too low, so I think 5% is JUST RIGHT (perfect). If they are to increase it to 9% in order to draw members, I hope they will decrease it back once they reach a certain number of membership (see how people incl BYU students, promoted 12dp so crazy because of the 12% ref comm every 17-18 days).
Regarding the withdrawing increment fee , if implemented, the PS kids will talk in their forums how compactsurfing is copying their idea
Also Luuk has said they will take withdrawing fee once they start compactpay which they are working on it now and should be up soon. So we don't want to get charged twice. They might implement the increment fee on their compactpay as what you have suggested. But I prefer fast payout (as now) and a flat 2-3% compactpay withdrawing fee.
I think the most important thing for them now is to concentrate on their network of businesses, and I hope they will have Debit cards available ASAP. Debit card is the most important because we don't have to worry about any other PP anymore. I read somewhere that their debit cards are being developed by CardsOne, the same company that will produce WiredSurf debit cards. I wonder if both cards can be integrated into 1, or can money be transfered between their cards?

Thanks for the comment. I actually agree somewhat with you; the 12DP college kid advertisers went overboard with their efforts but I actually thought of the idea above in consideration of the future where there are 50, 100, 150 thousand members in the compact surfing network. At that point I dont think the current payout in 48 hours will be possible, and more than likely people will have to wait the entire 7 business days to get paid. So with that in mind, for those of us that still want payout quick, but are willing to give the admin up to 72 hours to do so *unlike Phoenix which is up to 48 hours*, and with a reasonable withdrawal fee, then I dont think it will be an issue. The increase in referral commission would actually be supplemented by these withdrawal fees to get fast payout, and even bumping up the fees to 2%, 3%, and 4% for the three cashout brackets I noted would be reasonable and fair in my opinion. Since you would be able to go through 3 upgrade cycles in a month on such a payout schedule essentially, you would more than make up for whats taken in fees through earnings, and the boost in referral commission for all members would make everyone happy. Just my opinion, did you get a chance to check out the calculations I made? It shows that under such a system the site would actually have to pay us out less than under the current system and time frame in pay outs,
