Education for Newbies: The Stormpay Maypole Dancers in Conference

Welcome to Lesson 3 in our Continuing Education for Newbies Series. Today we join the Stormpay Maypole Dancers (refer to Lesson 1, "Cast of Characters") for an exercise in logic and deductive reasoning as they seek an answer to the charge, "Stormpay Exists." If studied carefully, Newbies can learn the fundamentals of Stormpay reasoning and logic as we join them in a private sit-down to seek the truth. Here goes.

Sunkist: "Hey, guys. Before we start, uhhh... we're not gonna talk about sex or drugs, are we? C-tec, quit blowing that smoke in my face."

Countrytec: "Cough, cough."

Littleroundman: "I believe talk about either of those subjects may be prohibited by either statute or regulation. I'm not sure which, but as soon as I get my laptop open I can find something, I'm sure. Then we'll just submit it to some type of competent legal authority for an opinion. Of course, we'll have to be certain it's a competent attorney and not just his paralegal. You know how they misinform people. I think we can probably answer your question, Sunkist, within the next 30 minutes."

Notjomomma: "Knock it off, Roundman. I can do better than that. I've got a whole briefcase here full of papers. We'll just find some quotes we like, cut and paste, and then we can talk about anything we want to. Nothin' beats a pair of scissors and a bottle of paste."

Sunkist: "I think you're missing the point, guys. I'm sorry I brought it up. We have a serious problem here. Some idiot on a forum is making allegations about Stormpay. He even pushed it to the point that he claims they exist. Now, how are we gonna handle that?"

Countrytec: "Well, Sunkist, it shouldn't be a problem .. he..he..he. We'll just point out that the SEC runs the country, and they abolished them..he..he..he..I think they did that about the same time they threw out the laws and the constitution. If the SEC says they don't exist, then that's the end of it."

Spitfire: "I thought I still had money there. When did they do that?"

Sunkist: "Forget it, Spitfire. You missed the point."

Littleroundman: "Well, I believe we can quote Haney v. B.S. I have every confidence that based on that precedent, any court in the land would rule Stormpay nonexistent. In fact, I'm pretty sure I can prove the whole state of Tennessee doesn't exist based on Haney. Weren't they in Tennessee? Now, there we have it. If Tennessee doesn't exist, Stormpay couldn't possibly exist. And if anyone tries to dispute it, we'll claim Tennessee has soverign immunity anyway, so Stormpay can't be sued. If they can't be sued, they don't exist. Problem solved. Immunity is a wonderful thing."

Spitfire: "What happened to my money?"

Notjomomma: "Spitfire, shut up. I ain't jo momma, and I don't give a rat's ass about jo money. I think I just cut myself with these scissors. Once I get this bleeding stopped, though, I can just cut Stormpay's name out of anything you give me. Then they won't exist for sure"

Countrytec: "Well, ..he..he..he..we could always claim the FBI found a dollar in their bank account that came from 12dp, so they took all their money because now it's all tainted. That would have put them under. No - wait!!! That won't work. It's only PEOPLE who have dirty money "

Queen Lizzy: "TWELVE DAILY PRO!!! TWELVE DAILY PRO!!! Bad C-tec. You fungus."

Countrytec: " Well, Queenie, I didn't mean to upset you."

Spitfire: "When did the FBI take all their money? What happened to mine? OUCH!!!"

Sunkist: "C-tec, stop signing "Coombia." You just poked Spitfire in the eye. If you're so fond of the song, just hum it. Forget the signing. I don't believe you really know sign language anyway."

Littleroundman: "Spitfire, that looks bad. Who's your attorney? You know, that was clearly negligence on C-tec's part. He shouldn't have been waving his arms in such close quarters. I have case law right here where a man sued himself for negligence based on ... wait. That's not the one. He had immunity. But C-tec doesn't. There's no immunity for negligence."

Notjomomma: "Aw, Roundman, you're full of ****. Of course there's immunity for negligence. I saw it in Stormpay's TOS. Hell, you can give yourself immunity for breach of contract if you want to. It's right there in black and white. Or did I cut that out already?"

Littleroundman: "Well, momma, I think if you research the statutes . . . (Interrupted)

Notjomomma: "I"M NOT JO MOMMA."

Sunkist: "Now, now. That was not meant to be a reflection on your sexuality. Don't be so sensivite. He knows you're not his momma. Oh, God. Did I actually say, "Sexuality"? I think we should stop right now. This is out of hand. Somebody get some ice for Spitfire's eye."

So that, Nebies, is an example of the flawless logic you will find among the Stormpay Maypole Dancers. Just watch for it. And watch for our next lesson in the Continuing Education for Newbies series.

And while the "owners" of the Stormpay folder amuse themselves with comedy skits, the first of what will prove to be thousands of people has posted that their "provisional" chargebacks, issued before February 28 have been reversed.

Stormpay still hasn't been charged with anything.

I guess I am way to old to understand this "own you" or "ownership"

I have seen a couple of children make that comment...anyone want to enlighten me on "ownership"

someone said they even "owned me" because of a post
