Two issues:

(2) Is there a way to allow REPLIES to PMs even if we don't have 25 posts on the forum? I was conversing with a Senior Investor and now cannot reply to her PMs to me, as I don't have 25 posts. I can see not allowing someone to PM without being "qualified" in some way, but to prevent answering another person doesn't seem right.

Bob,

(1) The spammer you`ve reported is already banned.

(2) The system isn`t selective in allowing replies but not permission to send. Until 25 posts are reached neither are possible.

That was my dubious pleasure when earlier today I was spammed by pm about some `wonderul` HYIP by username aprill. Needless to say aprill is no longer welcome on the board.

I got that spam as well, and forwarded it to you to take care of it when I reported it.

i haven't even posted here in months and I just got a spam PM... I deleted it without thinking. I sould have replied rudely...or passed in on to a mod or something. maybe be asked hard to asnwer question to take up there time and fill up there in box...

Current thinking by some of the best brains on the board is that the fool Aprill trawled the member list for people to spam. So far the highest in the alphabet is an S. There are nearly 5,000 members so how long would something like that take?
