I just received this mail from my bank... WTF? StormPay still ****ing with me?

If we do not receive the requested information by the date provided this portion of your claim may be denied.

I received roughly 50 pages of copies of stormpay saying that i authorized everything but i also agreed to their terms... That I placed money in ponzi schemes mentioning that i read their terms aswell.

Mentions something about if i knew about this i would go to court? wtf?

All the letters only deal with 12dailypro, non of the rest. Cant even believe this crap. They froze all my money, what else was I supposed to do?

How should i even reply to such a letter?

btw... I already recieved my money... I actually got it all back on, 02/15/2006

Was this letter you received sent to you by your bank or SP? If sent by your bank did they give you a time limit to reply? Did they threaten to reverse your chargeback if you don't reply?

My personal reply to SP's court threat would be "bring it on". They're not even licensed to do business in my state.

Well, the title is "I just recieved this mail from my bank". But yeah, keep fighting it and all; if you are in the right, things should eventually settle in your favor.

just screwed all defense you might have to dispute any claim saying "scampay didn't do their job".

I would guess that was 50 pages of transactions using scampay?

So that would make the dispute with 12dp, and they are locked up with the receiver.

this is so stupid because this whole report is about only 1/8th of the total i charged back... But this percentage is from 12dailypro.

I guess you could request the other 350 pages of transactions with scampay to prove your point with them.

My guess scampay was to cheap to pay the postage for the other 350 pages of transactions.

Thank goodness I copied my sp account. They have erased my history, so what's up with that.

Well you killed that debit/credit/bank account so any account you have now wouldn't apply to that account.

Rest assured scampay has the records also, and along with you closing your account after the court order [as I recall] to stop them from recovering their money...

............DON'T SIGN FOR ANY REGISTERED LETTERS from bank examiners............

Yes I closed my bank account attached to sp. As I said before, if they want any more from me, they can take it to a judge and if he agrees, they can have it.

I am not going to just sit back and allow them to take what they think is ok from my bank account. Besides they don't even tell you they are doing it, they just do it. There fore if they did, it would be unbeknown to me and that would make my account off in my register. Specially since I would have not a clue what they would deem the proper amount. Lord knows what they would take.
