as i know paypal have many risks in exchange.can you explain how to prevent you from chargebacks?

That's the point... You can't!

Unless you hold the money for a long period of time before releasing the e-gold. Long enough to withdraw it to your bank account.

But the site says he has over $6000 in PayPal reserve funds. Therefore I don't think it's possible for him to protect against chargebacks through PayPal...

And, to the best of my knowledge, using PayPal for money exchange services is against their terms of service.

3 problems I have already...

1. When I click your comodo.net SSL trust banner a 404 error comes up. Nothing major I admit, but slightly disheartening...

2. It says on your site that you're a Gold Member of the Global Digital Currency Association (gdcaonline.org), yet I can find absolutely no mention of you on their site.

3. All your contact information points to an address in the USA (as does the contact phone number). However your WHOIS information says an address in Germany... So which is it? USA? Or Germany?

Unless you can answer these point above I would recommend everyone be very cautious of this site.
