Thumbs down Serious gCard Problem
I just went to the "Card Loading" page on gCard's website.. and tried to do an instang gCard to eGold transaction.. I entered in all my details, and was going to have $46.00 deducted from my card account for $40 worth of egold. Everything was fine and then suddenly I got the "Transaction cancelled, sorry we couldn't serve you better"... So I freak out.. Login to my Card Account.. $46 DEDUCTED... Login to my eGold account, and there is no $40 deposit!!!!! I tried calling, I just get "This person is not available"... let's hope they can fix this...

email their support and send them your e-gold reciept. They have been very quick to respond to emails up to this point

Yes. I experienced the same and gCard has fixed it within few hours. Try contacting their support via e-mail.

I used the Firefox Browser and transfered money from the gCard to eGold (only $1.95 but it worked) some days ago. So no problem here.
