Hello, I want to do something about the SP **** but I just don't know what.
I have absolutely no experience in this business..
Can somebody give me some tips? What can I do to get my SP money back?
Kind regards
Due to expectations.........why don't you sue them?
Contact your state AG, give them your evidence that scampay broke the law and have your day in court
That is what normal people do when they have a complaint about a business cheating them.
Unless of course your "wanting to do something" is for breaking out their windows in the middle of the night...that seems to be what most here are wanting to do.
So you won't have trouble finding others with your same thoughts...but nobody has the cajonies to act on their over active imaginations
Funny how people "want to do something"...yet can't come up with proof that anything has been done wrong to them..other than their feelings are hurt
Can't go to court for hurt feelings...that is Mom's job

I have the paperwork sitting on my desk to file a complaint with my State Attorney general. I'll have it completed and mailed in by the end of the week.
Sorry Sanchy,
I think the time limit for charge backs are gone. I used a lawyer to deal with scampay and it turned out in my favor. With you being in another country, I have no idea what your options are. Perhaps you can write to the reciever for some advice. Good luck.
I don't know if the reciever can do anything for you. Recovery of funds for 12dp (if you were in 12dp), will probably take years and then only small amounts on the dollar will be returned.
The best bet for anyone was chargebacks or law suit. I am not sure, but I think you have upto one year to sue, if scampay don't go bankrupt first.

Hi Sancy,
Lita would be right under normal circs., but these are not normal circs..
I would proceed to dispute my charge as best I could. If they tell you the time is up, tell them you where precluded from disputing by action of the CA. Court Order, TRO.
The time that applies to the TRO, (prior to it's reversal) SHOULD be tolled against the time calculation of your 60 days.
