New - 7 days Pending Transactions

Effective 12 NOON 28th. April 2006, all transactions received will remain in a PENDING status for a period of 7 days.

This PENDING status is to insure the integrity of the funds sent to any Seller, thus reducing fraudulent purchases. After the 7 days pending period the transaction converts to COMPLETE so that the Seller knows the e-check from the Buyer has cleared the Purchasers bank and the Seller can safely ship the product. Some Sellers may choose to ship products earlier if they have done previous business with the Buyer, the Buyer has a good feedback score, or the Buyer is NetIBA certified. The decision to ship while transaction status is PENDING is between the Buyer and Seller.

When you log in to SP, at the bottom of the page is a What's New section.


This new policy should really go over well with people trying to sell on the auctions.

Well it would seem they have learned much while dealing with you people

So let's see. If you are part of the NetIBA scam, you can buy a hooker from the "new" porn sites, not pay for your play, and legally still be able to do an ACH Reversal (60 Days) if you didn't like the hooker???
