The HYIPs are also ponzi scams as well. There are ligit ones that are properly licensed, and have money coming in from outside sources that the autosurfs do not. The question is how many of these HYIPs and investment autosurfs that are promoted on this forum are properly license and prove where they get their outside money sources from? I do not think every single one of them do, except maybe a couple.
and that is the bottom line, their are numerous tax issues that deem them illegal more than their ponzi status.
But when an admin misleads his members thats where the true crime is committed.
Its like PS they hate egold, but they use it , they hate the hyip forums but they use it when them suits them. they claim not to be an investment firm to get around sec laws but they are , they are soley about the return not advertising like they claim, and christianity has nothing to do with taking peoples money
It has nothing to do with taxes and everything to do with EVERY SINGLE AUTOSURF being a Ponzi scam. Ponzis are illegal, it's that simple.
Both FBI and the SEC said not all of them are scams. The ones that do not promise any percent for you make by being a member by paying into them. There are a lot of free to join programs, but you do earn slowly and these will stay around a lot longer than these programs that are run as ponzis.
