I was checking my DXIO account to see if they had replied to my latest support message. No. But I noticed my Merchant Console status had been changed to "other". Hmm. So I went to the merchant console page and found this:

DXMerchant Status: Restricted (Offline - All)
DXMerchant Status Information: Your DXMerchant Console is restricted.

Do you think this could be the problem?

Level Time Scale: (Current) 20,580 hour(s) since last usage

Apparently I haven't used my console in over two years! Actually, it's been more like 6000 hours, give or take a few days.

I don't think they like me anymore.

I think your just noticing this now. The restriction could have been done a year ago.

It was bound to happen. Only people who pays $950 will retain the consoles. But I wonder what will happen to the available floats of current merchants? Will they be forced to withdraw it into AB?
