NOBODY can seriously resell illegal cards, because when the scammer dissapear, you will dissapear too.

Not a single person lost money on any one of the cards he sold until you came along and reported it to the bank. There was absolutely no need to do that. You just did that out of jealousy and spite.

If you are so concerned about people doing illegal activities why not just post a message saying that it's illegal? You are not the police and you are not responsible for other peoples activities. If you really want to go make a difference, why not go into the HYIP and auto-surf sections and warn people about those.

Apparently it was working just fine until you came along. People purchased the cards at a rate set by OVC and paid for merchandise with them just fine. Laws very from country to country about this and since OVC was an international company it is the responsibility of the purchaser to determine whether or not it is legal in their jurisdiction.

That is totally an irrelevant argument and faulty logic. He was not stealing anything, he was selling a legitimate product to legitimate customers. Not a single person complained that they were getting ripped off until you reported him to his bank. Everyone was doing fine, verifying their PP and ebay accounts and the cards were working.

He wasn't a scammer. I bought a card 2 months ago and loaded $350 in all successfully with him so far. If some people lost some money they sent him in the meantime its because you shut him down out of spite and jealousy. If he was a scammer he wouldnt have shut down his website himself (his hosting company probably did when you reported him) unless it was to stop the heat he was going to get from his bank! If he was a scammer he would have kept accepting money for cards and kept the lot! You are a scumbag. Anyone with common sense can read through your lies. I hope you get cancer and die.

Your REAL agenda was to shutdown Onevirtualcard.com and for doing so you needed to get hold of the first 4 digits of his cards in order to inform the bank he was using. OVC wasn't scamming anyone, he was simply offering a service.

OVC website must have been shutdown either by his hosting company or he simply took it down himself in order to avoid more heat possibly from the bank he was buying and reselling the cards from. He could have scammed many many more people but never did when he could have had the opportunity for doing so. Also his website was registered for 3 years, the typical scammers register their websites for 1 year as they are night by fly operations !

You present yourself as a good samaritan but anyone with common sense knows that you simply are a competitor of OVC who was posting under different screen names in order to obtain info to shut him down.

You tryed previously with previous screen names like "loyd" and "kraig", im 99% sure you are Evergreencards/Egoldcards.

I can only wish you and your familiy to die of the most horrible and painful form of cancer. I hope you suffer for many many months while you rot from the inside and i hope once you are dead you rot in hell for eternity.

Jorgecham/EvergreenCards/EGC/A2ZCards/etc. are all the same. They are the people with now ideas to help others but to destroy legitimate businesses. I hope they are crawling back under the stone they were coming from before we have to crush them.

This forum lives because there are people out here who use their brain to help other members to get what they want. No member should be allowed to destroy other businesses without punishment (this goes to GEOFF/ADMIN). Please ban them forever.

Jealousy and destroying other peoples accounts is disgusting and must be punished. There were no scammer in this case except Jorgecham. This creature is more than anything people have called him already (I do not want to repeat the nice nicknames called)

We as users here should make a stand now and ask GEOFF to take action against such tactics before the froum get spoiled.

I've PM'd Geoff and asked him to take a look at the situation and the IPs of the users. I am also going to email Godaddy and ask what the circumstances were for his domain going offline.

If you look at the WHOIS data the domain registration data is totally gone. This indicates that someone shut it down in a very fast manner and did not close their account manually, otherwise the data would still be there for some time. I'll post my response once I get it.

I can't seem to find a contact address for Godaddy. Does anyone know how I can email them?

I recommend any other users to PM Geoff and ask the same thing, or email the admin here talkgold@gmail.com. Once they have looked into this, I'm sure they will come to the same conclusions we have.
