Though I carry an administrative role in this company, my actual title is Managing Director. I don't see how trying to protect our domain from malicious attacks will make people loose trust in our company. I understand that this "industry" is what it is, but because of this real companies need to take real steps to insure that their businesses will not be in jeopardy.

Some points here:
1. Limit the turning number to 4 or 6 digits pls
Do you count on the turning number to protect your system?
2. Let members decide to turen on or off the PIN email
Now the turn OFF function seems doesnt work.
Also let members decide compound or not during the middle of the term.
3. Whats the result at the end of the compounding term?
Lets say, a member spend $200 in the "$50" plan and chose compound, after 365 days, what could he get for it?
