Slow here as well, but yesterday was able to login and put a spend

Is the web site slow loading using the domain name, IP address, or both?

Also, can you give me your geographical location? I can then send this information to Prolexic and our Server Techs so they can try and fix what ever is causing this problem.

Here's the problem - it does not work without www

When i put https://www.kaonline.biz/ is fine, but https://kaonline.biz/ does not work. So it is just a configuration issue

Prolexic normally clears their blocked IP list every 48 hours. If after 2 days you are still unable to "see" the site using the domain name please post here with your IP address, and I will have them take a look.
