And your proof is??????????? or do you just rely on pure stupidity alone? StormPay didn't still anyone's money because it is frozen by the regulators. Show me something Storm. Has StormPay been shut down or is it just your hope that they would be shut down? Has PayPal or E-Gold been shut down?
Come back when you have more information or proof.

Poor momma. She just can't acccept the fact that Stormpay is history.
To answer the original question that was posted, Stormpay is classed as a scam because they took people's money, and seized the funds they should have returned to those people. Where I'm from, we call that "stealing," but "scam" is also an acceptable term.
Sorry I've been away, momma. Had a little bout with walking pneumonia and couldn't get to the computer. That happens when you get old. I hope you missed me as much as I missed you.

Re: How come Stormpay is classed as a scam?
homebiznews brought up a thread that ran a poll for opinions from the membership here on whether it should be moved or not. Stormpay is not operating as a payment processor and is considered a "closed business" at Talkgold forum.
No lawful authority has labeled Stormpay a scam and Ragestorm will never post proof that it is, or that they "stole money" and neither will Mr. Cujo because there is no proof of that allegation and states only his/her shared opinions that funds were seized for their own benefit because they lack facts.
Not true... funds were froze during an ILLEGAL PONZI INVESTIGATION.
Despite wishful hopes here, no disciplinary actions have been taken against Stormpay.
There is a court appointed receiver and his qualified staff in place now to unravel the mess and thank goodness Stormpay cooperates with authorities and have choked the the illegal auto-surfs and programs to death, preserving funds for the receiver.... 'course this is nowhere near being resolved because the Double-Dippers aren't done stealing money yet.

Yeah, that's pretty much how it went. The sites that don't pay end up here in the scam folder. Of course, there are still cheerleaders for StormPay, just like every other site in the scam folder.

You expect Stormpay to distribute funds? There is a court appointed receiver and there will be a claims process.

Just what about that is it that you don't understand?

And no, I don't expect StormPay do distribute funds. Scammers don't do that.

Re: How come Stormpay is classed as a scam?
I believe any and ALL STORMPAY history transcripts which indicate any of the hundreds of merchants which stormpay had previously suspended that merchants access to and froze that merchants assets, had themselves Authorized a Chargeback against that stormpay customer IS PROOF POSITIVE OF ILLEGALITIES BY STORMPAY, WITHOUT QUESTION, AND WITHOUT ANY REASONABLE DOUBT WHATSOEVER!

This isn't only for 12dp. SP have scammed many other people before 12dp case happened.
