I think it would be better to put these usernames that you banned here in this thread, because they had several usernames and i want to see if they were manipulating some threads that are still active.
TG users SuperSoniX and SuperSoniXD are the same person.
Both user names are currently active.
When asked about it he claimed he lost the password of the first one and had to start the 2nd one. That appears not to be the case as both names have been used regularly over the past 2 months. If new user name was started because the password was lost, the person would not flip between using the both names... and would not adbandon one for the other when a few people accused that name as scamming.
It makes me wonder if there are additional user names of his building posts now.

How to find users that have shared IP address, but actually not the same user?
It may considered as double usernames but actually not.
Specially if the user is using a public computer, such as libraries and Cyber Caffes.
Maybe adding a rule that users may not sign-up from public computers would be a good rule because most scammers use cyber caffes to scam ppl.
Analyzing Server access logs would help detecting a user with multiple usernames.
If we have two usernames on a single IP, that's suspicious.
If you check apache server's log, it would help.
But not proof.
Regards.
