I live in China. I want to buy the Exclusive One ATM/Debit card, which is issued by palm desert national bank. I have no Passport, I only have Identity Card issued by government. Now, I only have Paypal as the payment method. Can you tell me how the buy the Exclusive One ATM/Debit card? Thank you.

I suggest you that do not buy EO card,as they are having prblems for their ACH.
