Recently I`ve noticed on my forum also a flood with new users ( i`m using like you guys vbulletin , just have different niche nothing to do with TG and stuff ) ... Most of all this new users who excited me too see them joining so far are simply bots spams , after some search in vbulletin official forum I found one nice addon who can stop all those bots to registering ...
We appear to have a number of members who post in this folder who have multiple usernames.
Generally we get suspicious when this happens and tend to think that those who do this type of thing are doing it for fraudulent purposes.
If we find any members who`ve used the same IPs addresses to sign up on we`ll be seriously considering banning all the usernames. This being the case, if you currently have more than one username then I suggest you PM me and let me know which ONE you wish to keep. If we discover it for ourselves (and currently there are several suspect usernames in our sights), we will ban ALL the usernames.

I agree with you, but what if the two different persons are using the same computers for eg: In cyber cafes. You might think they are single person because of the same IP, But that's not the case. How will you over come from this problem. Many people coming to you forum may simply get banned. Hence this may reduce the popularity of your forums.

in this days ( when everyone have computer at their homes and home internet access ) who's using cyber cafes to join on forums '' focused '' like this one on hyips and so on ?
