Re: VirtualMoneyInc card > Paypal frozen account
You are a bit naive, what do you think paypal is going to tell you as soon as you enter banned name - "sorry this name is blacklisted"
They are going to wait untill you have the money in your account and they are going to strike when it hurts the most lol
So unless you are willing to lose some money, how are you planning to "check it"

100% right ! If your name, IP, phone, email is blacklisted, they let you anyway use their service. If you are only paying, no problem.
But if you receive payments, they will freeze your account once you try to withdraw money (in the next minute after you try to withdraw).
You can try if you want, try with the name "John Doe" for example. ![23 28 112[1]](images/smilies/23_28_112[1].gif)

Now it's clear to me. That whether I'll try with name "John Doe" is uncertain though

Re: VirtualMoneyInc card > Paypal frozen account
I'm sure PayPal has a "list" of some sort, considering that they keep every single bit of info ever entered into the users' accounts. Even if you choose "remove" in your profile, it's only removed from an active/up-to-date info that you personally see but not from their database. As far as I know, anyway, by reading various PayPal related sources out there.

Re: VirtualMoneyInc card > Paypal frozen account
All these can be avoided:
Use fake name, new phone NO, fake address, virtual credit card (can be under any name/billing address),new IP....
Even your bank account is a REAL one under your REAL name other than your registered name in paypal, there is no problem!
To add a US bank account to paypal, no name is required to fill the form.
To add a Canadian bank account to paypal, you can alter given name to match your bank account owner's given name (but surname fixed to the one registered in paypal). And pp says if not perfectly macthed, you will fail and fee will be imposed, and with some examples of using wrong name there ----- Looks as if paypal can and will verify the name when pp does direct deposit
NOW I TELL YOU ALL THE TRUTH: IT IS PAYPAL'S TRICK TO PREVENT YOU TO USE FAKE NAME!
When you see from their user agreement, they say you will be suspended if your bank account owner's name is different than the one in paypal. You should be relieved rather be scared at this. It only "certifies" PP is unable to do verification at this so it has to write something to scare you.
I have consulted BMO bank in person in Canada, direct deposit/debit doe not look at the name, only account NO is used! Even correct account no with wrong name does not matter! Now I have done tests, they are all successful: (1)withdraw money from pp to bank account (2)debit money from bank account to add funds to paypal
Note: I use FAKE surname and given name in PP!
In general: ebay and paypal is NOT that smart as you think as long as you are not stupid! Ebay and paypal aren't police, they won't know or are not permitted by law to know your VITAL privacy like SIN/Social Security NO which is the ONLY method to 100% correctly identify a person. Also, if rules are too stringent, they will lose too many innocent customers and lose too much money which will be greater than the amount due to the loss of (potential) fraud comiited by fewer those who ought to be suspended.
