I need a reliable, secure with 24/7 support HYIP hosting

I've read the other posts with regards to hosting but some are already obsolete and only a few posted their observations/experiences with the recommended hosts so I am opening this thread for the same purpose.

I need hosting recommendations for HYIP programs.
Some requisites that I am looking for.

Accepts e-gold as payment
Good reputation as webhost
24/7 support - email and messenger
Includes a forum in the hosting plan
Security of the host, re-cpanel hacking proof on their side
DDOS protection of the host
SSL certificate of the host
Ability to host multiple domains in a single account a plus
Sub-domains
Offers annonymous hosting. I don't intend to scam people but better be safe than sorry later

I shall add more as I see fit.
