I've tried everything. Even re-registered (which was accepted), made a very small deposit, which was accepted. In the comment on the deposit I asked to be contacted, etc. Nothing.

I just wonder what the problems are because they have been such a consistent organization....

Try log in with IE because some do not work with FF.

Give a try use same ID and password.

I got paid on 6,Aug, after the new site is up.
by the way, the url to the site remains the same. You will be directed to the new site if you use the old link.

and the ID and Password also work fine.
