April 16th - 31st, 2004 - DDOS Proof Hosting and more* Talkgold.com Was hacked on April 17th and this hacker is "Stuart" from S&S Investments. He hacked the site by logging into one of the moderator's talkgold usernames. He got the password from this account because the talkgold moderator used the same password for S&S Investments as they did for Talkgold. Anyhow Talkgold.com has upgraded it's site and is now on a more efficient and user-friendly bulletin board software. * GoldRater.com an HYIP and E-Gold Game Rating site has removed several false votings and have deleted several member accounts. They will also be providing us with lists of cheaters in the future. This is a warning to those of you that are actually thinking about paying someone to falsely rate your program. It won't work any longer. * Get Weekly Profit looks to be gone for good. Paying for well over 1 year the program just could not stand alone while other major HYIPs collapsed. * Schloss Gold also seems to have stopped paying. Around for over 7 months, they easily paid 0.5% per day over that span, but ultimately could not continue. * Foreign-Fund apparently is also gone. There is no official announcement, but there are rumors that they may come back paying a lower rate in the near future. * DomiPay, a program that closed up not too long ago, is claiming that the reason for their closure is because the FBI is investigating them. We personally feel that this is hard to believe, but who knows. * Diversity Loans has stopped making payouts and their website is gone. Looks like just another Ponzi program. * UQaz and UQaz Share both seem to be gone for good. There is not much communication with the admins, and no word on refunds to date. * Power Color Game a game that is supposed to pay winners, simply is not paying out. Avoid this game at all costs. * The following Programs have also closed recently: EL-Gold, GL Invest, HYIProfits, Solar G, Long Invest, and Effected Gold * In last weeks newsletter we mentioned that SchlossGold had stopped paying. This was a major mistake on our part. They are still paying and haven't missed a payment. * http://www.gptforum.com/forum - Has paid out its first group of winners for their first posting contest. This downtime will occur betwee April 23rd and 26th, and should be no longer then 2 hours long. * HYIPBank is experiencing DDOS attacks to their server. This is the reason that their site has been unavailable for some time now. They have processed withdrawls however on April 23rd. * Foreign Fund, a program that was around for a very long time, seems to be having difficulties. Last week when we reported that they were no longer paying, we recieved several emails telling us that they are in fact still paying. The truth of the matter is that they are in fack depositing money into membesr accounts. However this is meaningless is you can not withdrawl your funds. Right now to us, it looks as though FF may be gone. Only once in a while can members withdrawl funds to e-gold, and the most likely reason for this is because other members are depositing money into FF's e-gold account. We have seen this happen too many times with other programs, where they continue to pay into their own program account but withdrawls are not honored. * CBForex has stopped paying, and is using the "hacked" excuse to close their program. It is possible that they were hacked, but it seems as though too many programs use this excuse. whether they were really hacked or not probably won't ever be known. * It looks as though Infinite Financial Group is gone for good. Their Yahoo Group has been disabled and payouts have stopped weeks ago. * Axis Global also looks like they have gone. Some rumors suggest that there were DDOS attacks, however this does not explain why they are not paying now when their site is working. * E-Gold Investments, a program which started last year, has stopped paying its members, and also stopped communicating with them. Looks like another failed program. * Your E-Stocks is also gone. Payouts are no longer being honored and there is no word from the admin. A program which started a little over 3 months ago, seems to have failed. * Central Gold Investments, another program that has been around for several months, has stopped honoring withdrawal requests. Several members have reported having a positive balance in their "outstanding withdrawal accounts" which means the admin has simply ran out of money or has stopped paying. * Asia Profit Club has also stopped paying out, and has ingored emails from investors. Looks like they may have been a scam from the very start. Most members report being paid 1 time and then nothing. * Sisserou Investments has stopped paying out, and has claimed to be in the process of making refunds. We will have to wait and see how far they get with the supposed refunds. We wouldn't recommend holding your breath. * Well Known Admin, Sceptre, from S&S Investments has reported doing several thousands of $'s in refunds. He still claims to be making refunds.
