August 1st - 15th, 2003 - VBU closes and more* VBU has decided to close for 90 days. I personally doubt that they will be back and running in 90 days, but who knows. VBU's payouts process and programs were criticized by many over the last couple months. Their payouts had dwindled down to almost nothing on their older units, while newer units paid more. This frustrated many of the older investors who were not seeing nearly as much as those who invested weeks after them. Bob Ross claims to be closing the program in order to regenerate funds and raise payouts. We will see. * Weeklygold.com has found the problem that has been causing their program to be hacked. The problem is now fixed. You can read more about this problem in our article below (Article III). * Trade FRX has finally stated what everyone has been expecting. They are closing up and supposedly attempting refunds. * Vision Gold will be restarting their program. Some refunds will be given out, from the closure previously due to the hacking problem. Atleast an honest admin is trying his best to accomodate his investors. * Field Of Gold has stopped paying and it appears that they were a scam/ponzi. You always expect to have a good amount of closures each week. We didn't really like this program from the day it started. * The Game - Jiggle It 115% has had a limit imposed on their e-gold account, most likely for giving false contact information. The admin has closed the game, which was probably meant to be a scam in the first place. * Argus Trades has stopped paying members, and doesn't seem to be giving an update anywhere. They were a program that looked like they may last, but you never know with HYIPs. They ended up being one of the vast amount of scams online. * Discovery Gold has also turned out to be a big scam. They have stopped paying and aren't contacting members. * Harold of EIC has decided to leave the program. This means that only 1 admin will now be running EIC. He is desperately trying to find time to run the program and get it back to where it was. The program is pretty much on hold for 2 weeks, and then should be running again according to the admin. We will see how this works out. EIC was a great paying program that recently went private. Information and updates on this program can be found at http://www.privatehyips.com * E-Share which was a very long lasting program has reports from members that they have stopped paying. We have yet to see an update from them, and it appears for now that they have closed up and run off with any funds that they had. * We appologize to the admin of ArgusTrade Group. Last week we said that they have closed up, when in fact they are still paying. This was a terrible mistake on our part, and we deeply appologize for the misinformation. No one is perfect :-) * A hacker sent out an email claiming to be from bonded investing. They were in fact not. They sent an email with a link to log into your bonded investing account, and then to your e-gold account. This site located at: http://bonded.hypermart.net/ is a scam, and they are there just to steal your bonded-investing account info and your e-gold account info. Bonded Investing is a good program run by an honest admin. Make your your URL reads http://www.bonded-investing.com before doing anything having to do with their program. * E-Share.com is taking legal action against StormPay and DX-Gold, to find out if there is a way to reimburse the money stolen from their e-gold account. We will keep you updated on the situation. * Gold Earnings is closing to new members. Old members will still recieve their 200% as promised. They have also announced that all weekly interest will be paid monthly. * Space Gold which was a long lasting program appears to be gone. I'd watch out for Unlimited Gold now, because they appear to have been run by the same admin. I'd stay away from Unlimited Gold. * Amiscue investments are closing up but their admin promises not to scam anyone. They promise to give further details in the near future, but we believe there will be either a refund or they will pay interest until you have your money refunded. More info in the weeks ahead. * AdArbitrage has seemed to stop paying out its members. This may be temporary, we will have to wait and see. * Gold Opps appears to have been a scam, and is gone. No word from the admin, and payouts have stopped. * Field of Gold also appears to be gone. We will let you know if we get any more info on this program, but as of now they look to be a scam. * Vision Gold should be making payments (of refunds) later this week. Atleast the admin of this program isn't trying to scam anyone. * Gold Universe is finally back! Well sort of. They have a new site located at: http://www.geocities.com/golduniverse2003/private.html and members of the old Gold Universe may get a refund if they invest in this program.
