December 1st - 15th, 2004 - PIPs Delays Payments and more* Monaco 1929 has stopped allowing people to log into their system. A message is posted to eamil: support@tatijano-e-trust.com for information. So far we have not heard from them about what the problem is and how it will be resolved. * Private Financial Union, a program which paid 10% every week, and started in mid October seems to have vanished. The website is gone and payouts have stopped. Looks like this was just a scam from the very start. * INTGold is in a dispute with CapitalEx. Both sides are claiming that the other side is a fraud. The dispute involves a couple frozen accounts. This looks more and more like a scam every day. Don't hold your breath if you are awaiting a refund. * Space-Invest's admin is claiming that the domain name has been stolen by a hacker who had previously been DDOS'ing the site. Do not invest in the website: space-HYIP.com, as this is the scam site. * PIPs continues to have delays in withdrawal requests and wire deposits. There has also been a continued barrage of people asking tuff questions to Bryan, only to get ignored. Albeit the program has been paying for months and still is the steadiest program around. Ponzi or not, people are still making money. Lets just hope some are not investing over their heads. * The Freeland Opps forum at Gold-Horizons is now a "read Only" forum. People can no longer post there. Looks like the mods may be getting a little nervous that an investigation may form in that forum. This program is all but gone. Looks like the fat lady has her mouth opened ready to start singing. There are a few people still clinging onto hope, however we are 99.9% certain this program will not return. * PIPs continues to go strong despite many withdrawal problems being reported. There has been a debate on whether this program is a ponzi or not. Ask the people at: http://www.pips-scam.com if it's a ponzi and you will get a certain "YES". Ask the people at the official PIPs forum if its a ponzi and you will be cursed out, then banned. We don't really have an opinion, however they better get their act together reguarding withdrawals, or it's going to go downhill whether its a ponzi or not. * There have been reports that Cloud Casino, and E-gold casino, is not paying members out instantly like they claim. Many members are complaining that they are not recieving withdrawal requests. Stay tuned. * http://www.hyipsearch.net has added it's 980th listing. HYIPsearch is dedicated to becoming the largest directory of past and present HYIPs online. Currently membership fees are only $1 per month. There is a ton of information about past programs there if you are interested. * Talkgold.com has launched it's "Other investment Arenas" section. Now even if you aren't interested in HYIPs you can discuss conventional investment opportunities. * Blue Investment has stopped paying, and their site is offline supposedly for maintanance. The program launched back in mid September, but looks like they may be gone for good. * OurCycler.com reported has been taken off line as a result of the UK government shutting them down. Most likely refunds won't be made, and this cycler is now dead. * Hopax Corporation apparently has closed, and stopped payouts. Their reason is that a majority of their funds were stored in EVOCash, and not til they are refunded by EVOCash will they be able to resume payouts and/or refunds. * Long Term Trade, has been accused of showing forged and bogus document to their investors. We highly recommend staying away from this program. * Unit Trust has had server problems but seems to be back up and running smoothly. * DGP Reality has stopped paying and the site displays a message saying it is hacked. Looks like this program may also be gone for good. * HPF Club, a program that is less then 3 weeks old is already reported as not paying.
