July 16th - 31st, 2004 - HPHYIPs and Web-life.org Merge, and more* HPHYIPs has announced it's merger with http://web-life.org . There merger will combine their forum with the forum at Web-Life.org, while also providing financing for future projects. Stay tuned for the HPHYIPs/Web-Life HYIP advisory Panel. * Eternal Income has stopped paying out. This program was started back in March, and has lasted a good 4 months. At once it was rumored that William from NL's had run the program, but we beleive it was just another ponzi which lasted a good amount of time by gaining peoples trust. * There seems to be some problems with accounts at Octavian Holdings. More info on this problem can be found on talkgold at: http://www.talkgold.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=15734 * Country Fund reported is no longer making payouts like promised. It appears this program was a scam from the start. * Gold Timer a program that was paying out every 10 minutes has reported stopped payouts. For now, we recommend you stay away. * GWP Invest, having no known relation to Get Weekly Profit, has also stopped paying out members. Launched at the end of March, it had a good run however looks like another ponzi. * FX Fund has stopped honoring withdrawl requests. There has been no contact with the admin. Stay away from this program until you hear otherwise. * Regina-X which stopped paying out about a month ago, has claimed it would restart payouts in the beginning of July, however this has not occured. This was most like a stall tactic. * The following programs have also been reported as not paying: E-Gold Planet, FX-Club, Recto-T, Invest G, Gold Fitt, and Gold Income. * CPU Investments is having major security problems with its site. They plan to make a comeback, and signs are pointing to atleast a refund, however we will have to wait and see. * Caribe FX is reporting major problems. Supposedly their gains fell short of their goals, thus they had to suspend operations for a while. They claim that they will be back once their long term investments pay off, and say that this will not affect their other program which is still paying, Veztec. More info can be found at the following page: http://www.caribefx.com/cfxstatus.html * Gold Supremacy has been reported as not paying. The admin has not contacted any investors. This one looks like a sure ponzi/scam. * The Sagas group's website has been down for over a week. There has been no contact with the admin. Looks like this program is a gone as well. * E-Stockclub as well as EliteforeX Group have also been reported as not paying. Both seem like ponzi's to us. * Instant Profits looks to be closing up due to what they say are DDOS attacks. Whether this is the truth or if it's an excuse to close up, no one really knows. However it doesn't look good for investors right now. * 5YearBond a program that has been around for quite some time now has announced that they are now lowering their minimum investment amount from $500 to $100. Whether this is a ploy just to get more investments to help feed a ponzi, or if it's just that they need more funds for investing is not known. However this program has been paying for quite some time and has shown no signs of being a scam. * Octavian Holdings appears to have shut down. Dan Dremos, the admin says that he will be making refunds, but it doesn't look like these refunds will be made any time in the near future. This program was one of the longest paying programs out there and had been very successful in earning many investors a nice profit. * Foreign Fund is in the news again. It appears that they are still accepting funds, but only through mail. They are accepting checks and money orders via the mail (un-registered only). Why anyone would invest in this program at this time is what is getting us confused.
