November 16th - 30th, 2004 - PIPS Delays Withdrawl Requests and more

* Gold Forge claims that a bulk of their surplus funds were in Evocash, thus delaying payouts to members requesting withdrawals. They are claiming that normal operations should resume sometime in the near future. For the entire update check out: http://www.talkgold.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=21571

* Monaco 1929 has stopped allowing people to log into their system. A message is posted to eamil: support@tatijano-e-trust.com for information. So far we have not heard from them about what the problem is and how it will be resolved.

* Private Financial Union, a program which paid 10% every week, and started in mid October seems to have vanished. The website is gone and payouts have stopped. Looks like this was just a scam from the very start.

* INTGold is in a dispute with CapitalEx. Both sides are claiming that the other side is a fraud. The dispute involves a couple frozen accounts. For more information about this fiasco, check out: http://www.talkgold.com/forum/index.php?showforum=3

* There still has not been any updates from Evocash. Nobody has reported receiving a refund. This looks more and more like a scam every day. Don't hold your breath if you are awaiting a refund.

* Space-Invest's admin is claiming that the domain name has been stolen by a hacker who had previously been DDOS'ing the site. Do not invest in the website: space-HYIP.com, as this is the scam site.

* PIPs continues to have delays in withdrawal requests and wire deposits. There has also been a continued barrage of people asking tuff questions to Bryan, only to get ignored. Albeit the program has been paying for months and still is the steadiest program around. Ponzi or not, people are still making money. Lets just hope some are not investing over their heads.

* The Freeland Opps forum at Gold-Horizons is now a "read Only" forum. People can no longer post there. Looks like the mods may be getting a little nervous that an investigation may form in that forum. If you need to post freely about the FLO scam, please goto: http://www.talkgold.com/forum/index.php?showforum=111

* Other Programs that have closed are: Uniord, Best Kept Secret (looks to be closing)

* http://www.pips-scam.com has recently launched a site. This site, whether true or not, is dedicated to giving the other side of Pips. It's basically made as a place for PIps skeptics to hang around and discuss issues that are not aloud in the official pips forum

* Freeland Opps has given up on their Gold-Horizons forum. They have created a new forum at the following url: http://www.forumforfree.com/forums/index.php?mforum=freelanders&act=idx Please be aware that the terms of service are very strict and one sided.

* Bryan of PIPs is threatening to take the official pips forum offline because there are too many people bashing his program. Most of these people are asking questions, some legitmate, some stupid. We'll have to wait and see what happens with this. There have been reports that they have started removing posts and banning members. Withdrawals are also delayed some time.

* Universal HYIP has stopepd paying out and the site is unable to be reached. Looks like this program which launched about 6 months ago has finally ended.

* ECommerce Bank, a program that had it's share of problems ever since it's launch, has finally closed it's doors. This program Launched in early August, and had many issues with the withdrawal script. It was probably a scam to begin with.

* We recommend staying away from HIPPro.com. They claim to be around for over a year, yet their website was just recently registered. They have also be caught lying about other aspects.

* MultiPayForex's admin is claiming that he has made a mistake and overpaid many accounts. The program is on hold until he can fix the mistakes in account balances.

* Ratebygold had some downtime this past week due to a server move. They are not back up and running on a new server.

* We highly recommend staying away from Shooshiyanto Investments, as they are not making payouts, and have not completed payouts like they say on their site. Stay away at all costs. This program paid a ridiculous 700% Weekly anyway.

* Other Programs that have closed are: Diamond Fund, and HYIP Fund
