October 1st - 15th, 2004 - Freeland Opps (FLO) begins to look like a Scam and more

* Foreign Fund Caught: The U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) announced that on October 5, 2004, a federal district court judge in Nashville, Tennessee, acting on a CFTC complaint filed earlier that day, issued an order freezing the assets and preventing the destruction of the books and records of defendants Foreign Fund a/k/a First Bank (Foreign Fund) purportedly of King of Prussia, Pennsylvania, Ron Mealing of Nashville, Tennessee, and John Shirck of Mountain View, California. * Talkgold Has just launched their Free for all HYIP directory. If you are a program owner or owner of an HYIP related site, feel free to list it there free of charge in exchange for placing a small link on your site. http://talkgold.com/directory

* hopaxcorp.biz has been reported as a scam. Members are reporting sending funds for exchange and not receiving their funds. Watch out for this site.

* East Invest has recently stopped paying out members. They had been paying monthly about 35%, since March of this year. We are assuming that their plan went bad, or that they were yet another ponzi scheme.

* Fapic Investments has also been reported as not paying. This program was very short lived and probably was a scam from the very start.

* Freeland Opps (FLO) continues to drag their feet and string along the members waiting to be refunded. The admin "Xavier" has not really given much of an update thus members are relying on the moderators of the program for information. All we can say is that given the past performace of these programs, we highly doubt that they will make a comeback or refund anyone.

* It has been reported that the admin of ChooseGold has copied the template used at bizarre-host.com. It is not recommended that you trust this company, but thats up to you.

* GoldenNestegg is currently under DDOS attacks. They have been off an on for the past week or so. The Host is in the process of securing the site on a secure DDOS proof hosting plan. We wish them the best of luck. - Note: GoldenNestegg and Gold Nestegg are two seperate programs.

* It looks as though HYIP Trade is gone for good. Payouts have not been made, and contact with the admin seems to have been cut off.

* Other Programs that have closed recently include Golden West Trader, Country Fund, Ocean Investment, HYIP Trade, and APTGold.

* EGold-Finance has been reported to be run by theives and scammers. There have been reports that they stole money and information from Incomestar.com. Stay away from EGold-Ginance at all costs.

* Freeland Opps continues to string it's members along with promises of a comeback. It's really hard to say what is going on with that program as they have been down for over a month now, without refunding anyone or relaunching their payout program. Avoid investing into Freeland Opps until you hear otherwise. Right now things do not look good for the people who have a lot of money tied up with FLO.

* G-Gold has been reported as not paying. Currently their website is down and there has been no word from the admin. This program launched just over 4 and a hald months ago. Looks like it is just another ponzi that ran out of new spends.

* Ala&As has also stopped paying out. Payments made to investors egold accounts every day has quickly stopped. Thios program is also about 4 months old.

* Northern Star Investments has stopped making daily payouts as well. There has been no word from the admin, and it looks like this was just yet another longer lasting ponzi scheme.

* E-Gold Deposit looks like a sure fire scam. This program which launched a few weeks ago, has not even paid out once. Looks like the admin was in for a wuick buck and then disappeared.

* 5 Year Bond has announced that they are now accepting INTGold and e-Bullion along with E-gold and EVOCash. This should open the program up to new investors.

* It appears that a good number of members of Hourly FX Gold have not recieved their promised payouts. Whether this program is in trouble, or if it was just a mistake or error on the part of the admin is unknown. We advise to stay away for the time being.

* HYIPMailer has given our News archives to Talkgold.com for them to list. You can find all the news from the past year and a half archived at: http://www.talkgold.com/news/newsarticles.html

* Other Programs which have stopped paying are: Abalone Investments, S-Bets, Profit Zone, 20X10, Money Spinner, OrpitPay, Golden Progress, and Global Regal Ventures.
