October 16th - 31st, 2003 - Pennsylvania Cease and Desist Orders and more* The admin of StableProfits.com has continues to make refunds. All members have not yet been refunded but quite a few have been. * 20 Profit which was an obvious Ponzi from the start has closed due to lack of spends. Quite a few people lost money in this ponzi, but that's the risk they were willing to take. * The admin of Aussie gold continues to do refunds (about 10-30 per day). So far 189 members were refunded. The Admin asks all members to be patient and claims that he will refund all 500+ members eventually. * It appears that Connections4U a program that has been around for a very long time is shutting down. We don't know for sure, but it looks as if they are closing up. Whether members will recieve refunds or not, we don't know. * Earlier in the week IWGold was experiencing a few login problems. However all the problems should be cleared up now. * The State of Pennsylvania has ordered several HYIP's to cease and desist their offerings in their state. This means that they are not allowed to advertise their program to any Pennsyvanian residence, or they will face further consequences. * CT Gold a program that has not been around very long appears to have been a Scam. They have stopped making payouts and are not contacting their members. * GoldRater.com has went over 1500 members, and has emerged as one of the top HYIP Rating sites online. The site can be found at: http://www.goldrater.com * It appears that the admin of Gold Commerce is not refunding members as promised. He claims that a trusted friend stole all members funds, but we don't believe this excuse. * SchlossGold anounced that investments can now be fullcover insured through http://xi-solution.com/ultimate. The premium is 10%. * Gold Carbone now has automated withdrawls with an SSL certificate. This should secure their program more, and make withdrawls a lot easier. * It is reported that Golden Level has stopped payout and have not contacted members. It appears that they are gone. * If you had any investements with FXTO, it is recommended that you visit http://www.fxtoforum.com/ in order to put forth a claim for lost funds. There is no guarantee that you will recieve a refund, but the funds are in the hands of a "recovery attempt". * It is reported that Goldenway has stopped paying on their 2 and 3 week programs. It is recommended that you stay away until further notice. * Starwood Investment has stopped paying out members, and the admin has not contacted anyone about any problems. Looks like they were a Ponzi. * Baz Investments has been reported spamming their program. We usually don't recommend investing in programs that advertise this way. * Gold Money Tree is reported as not paying members. Looks like there were a ponzi or scam to start with.
